

Resolutions, yay or nay?
Every year, millions of people make resolutions on New Year’s Eve. They join gyms or cut their alcohol intake. Some consider changing careers. Others make frivolous ones like, eat dessert first. OK, that’s one I can get behind. The problem with resolutions is that we make them, and mean them in the moment, but they have the average shelf life of a carton of milk.
